To request credit recognition in order to reduce the total hours of a **full internship - 9 CFU (consult the internship webpage)**, you must submit Attachment 1 (complete with a Revenue Stamp) for the recognition of **3 CFU**, along with the attendance certificates signed by the responsible professor, combined into a single PDF document.

 

^{**PLEASE NOTE:**}

• ^{**1 CFU = 25 hours of workshop activity**
  In the case of a workshop with a total hourly commitment of less than 25 hours, it will be necessary to supplement it with other approved activities until the remaining hours are fulfilled.}
• ^{**1/5 CFU = 1 single conference/seminar** (e.g., attending 5 conferences = 1 CFU)}
• ^{**Attachment 1 and the attendance certificates** for credit recognition can only be submitted once the student has successfully accumulated all 3 CFUs.}

CREDIT RECOGNITION REQUEST FOR WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES
The 3 CFUs are awarded by filling out this attachment and appending the required certification documents.

• Scan the completed form containing the applied revenue stamp along with its corresponding certificates.
